This is quite sad, he was 19.
Did anyone watch the race?

I don't think much of any motor racing. A bunch of vehicles going around a track... probably a lot of fun to do, not to mention challenging and requiring a lot of skill, but I dislike it as a spectator sport. I also dislike some of the culture surrounding such events.

Not really that sad for the guy. Yes, it's a shame to have died so young, but hey, if you go into such a dangerous field, those are the risks you take.
