Its just like I was told once;
"There are only 3 real ways to make enough money to not retire broke. Invent the next big thing, Win the Lotto Jackpot, Or Sue someone."

Seems like corporations like taking the easy way out... If only they put half the effort into developing products as they did suing each other. Would also keep the courts free to deal with other cases...

first off, how does motorola even think this is sane as to me it sounds as though they would just get laughed out of court.

I guess they saw what Apple managed to do against Samsung in Europe?
