So in short Motorola wants to ban 360 sales because they claim that Microsoft has been infringing on the patents it holds. Though Microsoft earlier had filed a lawsuit claiming that Motorola was ripping off Microsoft with excessive royalties.
My thoughts? Motorola is strapped for cash and is suing away.
