As it happens, I saw Mountain Dew in Microplay Gaming in Glasgow, for any other Scots interested. It's a LAN gaming place right next to Central Station.
I never bothered with it myself, but hearing the hype now, I may well try it next time I'm in.

I had mountain dew when i was living in new zealand. I didn't see the biy appeal.

i loved mountain dew back in nz then i moved and miss it o so much, and i swear i could kill for a bottel of L&P and a mince and cheese pie.

I love L&P! god, i might just have to order some online i love it so much.

Carlsberg really isn't that great - there are worse lagers out there, but there are definately better ones as well...

And on topic, I've never heard of this Mountain Dew. What's it like?

Oh. Mountain dew is like gods piss. Its really awesome.

I like stuff like Kronenburg, Krolsch and San Miguel (at times). They come more highly recommended than Carlsberg, but that's just my opinion.

And it sounds like I'll have to try some Moutain Dew, if I ever get the chance to...

Unsure as to why there's no Schweppes in Ireland as it's a UK company and UK products are often shared with Ireland, we export a hell of a lot of stuff to you guys... :s
