Mouse and keyboard?

I had the same issue really, I used to game purely on consoles and when I started PC gaming as well I was pretty shit at using the mouse and keyboard, just keep practicing and you will get better. Maybe try playing games with less frustrating mouse and keyboard controls than GTA SA? Also a lot of PC games offer support for controllers, I'm not sure if GTA SA does but it might be worth doing, some games just play better on a controller. My advice is play a lot of Team Fortress 2, it should sharpen your keyboard and mouse skills and you will enjoy it a lot too.

I wouldn't feel too bad about it, controllers are just better for some games, contrary to what elitists will tell you. I wish I could use a mouse and keyboard for the console RTS's I've tried, whilst there's a few games on the PC that leave me glowering at my keyboard. Took me a while to get used to the controls for shooters on the pc, and now I'm TOO used to them and can't play as good as I used to with a controller.

as much as I prefer keyboard and mouse in general there are just some games that are near impossible to play with that control scheme and you basically need a gamepad of some sort
