Recently, I noticed that my mouse, whenever I am on the internet, will start flickering back to it's original setting. Let's say I am on a button: Whenever I rest my mouse's cursor on said button, it will flash the Finger Cursor before swiftly changing back to the pointer cursor. Sometimes, it flickers between the two. Sometimes, even the pointer vanishes. How do I fix this problem?
