The Duelists had some good fight scenes. Real nasty and painful looking. One with rapiers, one with sabers on foot, one with sabers on horseback, and finally, a duel with pistols. I liked them all. I think I liked them because they looked more grounded in reality then a lot of the highly-choreographed & stylized stuff we tend to get.

Saving Private Ryan Opening Scene (not the one in the grave-yard/memorial) will always be my favourite fight scene.

I don't think anything is more badass than the matrix lobby scene if that counts ^^

Pure choreography wise, I find nothing beats the duel between Michelle Yeoh & Ziyi Zhang from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon:

Other noteworthy mentions I find are The Protector's seven minute single shot sequence (No, watch that if you haven't already), and the last Gunkata fight in Equilibrium.

That one scene in Enemy at the Gates when the Russians charge the open field with the fountain on it, towards the German lines... Awesome Oo.

I absolutely second this post. One of the best I've ever seen.

Another of my favorites is the Oldboy Hallway scene. all one continuous take, it is perfectly executed.

Kind of funny cuz that fight scene goes on for like 16 more minutes.
I know but they don't have the full version on Youtube. But the last 30 minutes of that movie...damn. That was epic.

"Why is it in a movie when the protagonist and the antagonist finally fight they both are really good at fighting? Wouldn't it be a refreshing change of pace if the tension got built up and they finally start to fight and one guy got the shit kicked out of him in about five seconds? Especially if it was the good guy." <--Paraphrased from George Carlin
Ong Bak 2 and Old Boy are both excellent choices. Jackie Chan as well. I'll go with Ip Man:

50 cal. scene from Rambo.

Hallway scene from Oldboy.

End gun kata scene from Equilibrium.

Opening carrot murder from Shoot 'Em Up.

V vs Mr. Creedy and friends from V for Vendetta.

These scenes vary between gun play and melee combat, and also vary in length, but I love all of them for being fucking awesome.
