I saw a movie (surprise) with a cute (my opinion) blonde actress.
The movie was about a reporter who saw a crime, when she was looking for a doctor with glasses(almost everytime he wears the glasses). She starts to investigate and found about some childrens (which in the movie are grown up). A thriller movie and a little drama.
The actress had the look of a "nord girl" if you know what I mean :D

Can you clarify a little?

What language was spoken in this movie? Was it dubbed?

You say that this reporter witnessed a crime, but what was the crime? Was it a murder, drug transaction or something else?

Why was she looking for this doctor?

What relation do the children have to anything? Are they related to the doctor? Are they somehow related to the crime?

Also, where did you see this movie? And which year? Was this on television or cable?

If it aired uncensored and without commercials then it was probably cable. If so, then you can probably look up programming information online.

I watched only a little... but the movie is having a dark theme i believe.
English, only english
A woman on drugs killed his boyfriend (the drugs are given to her by the doctor)
As I said I watched only a little.
The woman who killed her boyfriend was a siamese, her sister dying shortly after the separation. (the reporter found about this by asking a teacher)
I saw it 2 days ago, on television (what do you mean? tv is not the same with cable?) (I don't know but something about Universal Channel or Paramount? I don't know exactly)

Okay, please don't take this as a criticism, but formerly conjoined twins is a HUGE clue. It seems that whenever anybody is looking for something (myself included), we tend to omit some really important details. Perhaps it's human nature?

I believe you're thinking of the movie Sisters [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0486652/] (2006), starring Chloe Sevigny.

Also, since you mentioned it was on Universal (I didn't know that was a channel), I found it here [http://www.universalhd.com/app/Schedule/index.php]. It aired on Sunday, October 5th at 6 AM, then at 5 PM, and again on Friday October 10 at 2 AM. Finally, it aired on Saturday the 11th at 7 AM.
