Honerable mentions go to several scenes in Les Mis. I don't usually like melodramatic movies, but it's just so raw and honest. I Dreamed a Dream, On My Own, and the ending had me fighting back tears the whole time. I was almost bawling like an infant.
Also Asukas mind rape scene from Neon Genesis. Jesus, it's hard to watch, and her mental state afterwards is painful to watch.
