Well, I didn't find it hard to watch, but when I got through The Boondocks Saints I just sat there thinking "Well, there goes 2 hours of my life I'm never going to see again." Literally, the best thing that stands out in my mind from it is the song that plays over the credits (not because it meant the movie was over, but cos I like that song).

Not counting films that I didn't finish watching because I didn't enjoy them or they were just plain bad the film that I found hardest to watch so far has been Martys. It's an excellent movie but the treatment of the main characters and what happens to them makes the film very hard to watch indeed.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. When I watched Transformers G1 when I was a little girl, I was hoping to see Optimus and Megatron fight, or the Dinobots fight, or anyone fight. I didn't watch hoping to see Spike going to school, hanging out with Carly, or decide for some stupid ass reason that he didn't want to be friends with a sweet Camaro or giant robots from space.

In fact, just about anything with a rape in it.
I'm an adult, neither I nor any of my family or friends have ever been sexually assaulted, but I have no trouble admitting that watching a rape in a movie makes me terribly uneasy.
I know they're actors, I know it's not real, but it's one of the few things in movies that can get to me.
You and me both, buddy.

Audition - All the way through the movie you know something very, very bad is coming, and at the end... it does. Just goes to show that Miike Takashi can be subtle if he wants to be.

What About Bob - I guess the unbearableness is part of it's apeal, but still...

Blade Runner - One of the most amazing looking movies ever made, but God, is it fucking boring.

i would have to say Twilight New Moon (Friend invited me to see it along with others for birthday) and Vantage Point. Twilight was just painful to watch cause of the acting, ridiculous premise and just unlikable characters. As for Vantage Point..... repetitive, repetitive, repetitive. *rolls eyes around like mad*

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Not for any particular reason with regards to content. Just after about half an hour it was kind of boring.

Most teen comedies (American Pie etc.) and Iron Man. I got virtually crucified at work when I said I didn't really care for it, but for me Robert Downey Jr. came off as fairly 2-dimensional and the main character was an arsehole. Maybe thats the point but for me it didn't really work.

Any torture porn movie is by definition hard to watch, but I also find movies like Boys Don't Cry, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and Brokeback Mountain hard to watch due a different sort of torture. Schindler's List was also really hard to watch.

For some strange reason I find films where one character from a competely different background/ time is brought into a different background/ timeline like e.g. Jungle 2 Jungle and Just visting. I think it's because I cring at the part with the character acting all "Oh what is this and what is that?".
Also I know this got mention already but I can't stand Borat. I literally pause and took the dvd out (my uncle own the dvd). I know he's an actor but the people in the film view him to be a real person.

Antichrist.

It's really good, but man, the last quarter of that movie is unbearable.
