so for the last few months, i haven't been able to rearrange my badges or play genre wars because when i try to move anything, it just turns into a denied symbol (red circle with a line through it) anyone have any idea why this is happening or what i can do to fix it? running IE9 btw, in case that's the problem.
I then had an idea; I clicked 'compatibility view' (next to the address bar), and when the page refreshed, I was able to move them.
