Moving from Netflix too... what?

Since the price hike, I've been looking for a suitable alternative to Netflix. Blockbuster, Redbox, Amazon Prime, Hulu Plus, Vudu, etc.; but none seem to have the same service or selection that Netflix offers.

Does anyone have any experience with the alternatives and any suggestions on what service I should try? Keep in mind the Streaming was the service I used most often, with a weekly or bi-weekly DVD rental.

Then....stay with netflix?

I know the price hike is a bummer, but if you go to a cheaper service and then bemoan the lack of options, I can't say I'm totally sympathetic.


On that note, Amazon Prime has other benefits than just streaming. So if shop online a lot (I do, since I live in a small town and the nearest store-thats-not-walmart is half an hour away in good traffic, the free 2 day shipping is a god-send,esp with a student discount)
