Moving out

So yeah, I moved out of home about 2 weeks ago and I'm loving it.
The only thing I have noticed however, is that It gets so very lonely.

Anyone else get this problem when moving out?

Also, does anyone by any chance fancy a chat? I'm sorry to sound to weird, but you know, human conversation is important to ones sanity! XD

Yup sounds familiar.
I moved out a few years ago and lived about 5 years with a roommate. Was great.
Now I got my own place all alone. And yes it does get lonely sometimes. I do have a load of friends living nearby so that is easily remedied.

Also, get a pet
Anything that you can cuddle or go outside with is great (still don't have one, to busy rebuilding the house)

A pet would be nice, A husky if I could get one, but I work 7 hours a day 6 days a week, and by god I would feel awful for the poor dog if he had to be locked up in a flat for 7 hours a day on his own!

I second the advice of getting a pet. Since I got my cats my life has taken a turn for the better. Even fish might help.

Yes, stated uni 7 weeks ago, and for the first week (freshers) everything was fine, meeting all the new people etc, but when the second week came about, and work properly started I found myself becoming more lonely. However ever since I got to know my house mates better I've been less lonely, and I also kept in contact with old mates, who I talk too on fairly regular basis, so I'm not really lonely any more ^^.

it does get lonely occasionally.
