I recently fond out that he was in Vietnam with 20 kills. He specialized in unarmed combat and small arms. The sweater? He always wore it to cover up all the tattoos on his arms.

EDIT: My "sources"? maybe i didn't find it out on the internet. A friend told me I just thought it would be worth to see what people think.

Site your source, or it's only gossip.

Furthermore, I cannot imagine this guy killing anything. Bacteria, maybe.. But that's pushing it.

Yeah, and Big Bird was part of an elite Marine Sniper unit during the first Gulf War.
Small guns is a specialisation in Fallout Three, not the military.

I hate to burst your bubble mate, but this is just a really popular rumor. I can site evidence and explain why:

http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/m/mrrogers.htm

To save you from reading the article, I'll just quickly summarize it. Mr. Rogers was born in 1928; American troops started getting shipped to Vietnam around 1965. So during America's involvement in Vietnam, Mr. Rogers would have been 37, which would have made him too old to enlist in the army at that time.

I have heard this before, and I'm calling bullshit.

A great topic for discussion, but bullshit nonetheless.
