I'm thinking the latter, if I'm honest. Sounds like something that shouldn't fail that'd be easy for a developer to mess up.

Serious games are everywhere. Mr. T vs. Nazis is the sort of game that only comes along on rare occasions when a company's "crack inspired project" filter breaks. Sometimes this is a good thing, but I want more paint-huffing crazy games.
