I am talking to a friend on Facebook and we are trying to add each other on MSN but it says that both of us are offline when we aren't. Has anyone else ever had a problem like this or mite know what the problem is, thanks.

OT: I suggest waiting and trying again in an hour. Delete them as your friend and try again later. If that doesn't work then contact MSN support for the issue, they'll probably know what to do.
