It really depends on the game, and when i get it in comparison to how long it has been out. im not to good at tf2 because the community is so experianced, but im quite good at bfbc2 because ive been playing it since day 1 (well minus one)
I think you're just working with a to rigid system. You memorize these things when you should just be playing, plans are overrated and prevent you from adapting. Just go with the flow. Act as things come to you, never before hand. If faced with an immediate threat let your instincts take over, true combat is primal.MiracleOfSound said:Snip
Well master is a very vague term.Legion IV said:Unless the game is lacing depth. I always find it frustrating how somone says they can master a game in a month. If you can become a pro if it so easy. free money for you.

ditto, i spent a sily amount of time playing f-zero x on the GC. got my death race time down to 14 seconds.Outright Villainy said:For F-zero though, I'm pretty godly, and even after not playing it for a year I could whip all the master cups on my first or second try. Why does no one else play this game?
sigh...
I have a similar dilemma...Irridium said:I'm pretty good on everything. Except RTS games.
Every time I go against a human I get annihilated. Every, damn, time. No matter how long I practice, how hard I try, I just lose and lose completely.
And yet I love RTS games... Odd.
