Mundane, but exciting!

Two weeks ago we found out that our speed from British Telecommunications is under half of what it should be. (Our's was at 240Kb/s, should be at 800Kb/s)

After a few phonecalls ans sortings out with BT, they had said the download speed would be at it's full capacity in two weeks (today), however we expected it to gradually increase.

Today, however our speed has gone up to 820Kb/s, and I'm dead chuffed! (Downloading Mirror's Edge as we speak).

So, what's the most mundane, but exciting thing that happened to you over the past few weeks?

The games I ordered from Amazon made it to my house ^_^. I don't know, something about getting a package in the mail is exhilarating. It's even better with Amazon cause you can track it, seriously I think I could order a rock from Amazon and still have fun tracking it's progress getting to my house. Sometimes I almost feel sad when stuff gets here cause then I don't have anything to look forward to anymore. Then I want to order something else even if I don't actually want anything. Without restraint it could turn into a really vicious cycle.

I finished the first publication of This Month in Forums.

Very small in the grand scheme of things but it was a monumental moment in my forum life.
