For me it would be...
1) Country Music, it seems that everything I've heard so far is mainly about how great America is and how its sooo cool to be a red neck. I also just dislike their general style of singing.
2) Rap- Its just some no talents talking or shouting with background music, yes they can have some pretty good lyrics and catchy beats though.
3) Pop or anyone that uses auto tune! There is just no need for this to exist!
4) Screamo/Thrash/Death Metal- There just seems to be no form and I dislike getting headaches.
I hate to do this to your thread, but:

This.

I can tolerate all genres of music. Genre isn't important to me, the song in question is.

Rap is my least favorite overall though.

Couldent have said it better my self..pritty much what Marter here said.
Off topic: Someone is using my avatar!

On topic: I dislike most current pop and rap, because I believe it is soul-less crap made just for a quick buck. And I don't like the sound of it.

Emo, screamo, anything with the word core in it and scene, if yoy ask me it all sounds the same and is all whiney teenagers crying and moping over something trivial, like thei mums not buying them an N64 or their girlfriend leaving them for being too whiney. The related fashion also irritates me, you're wearing 2 belts, why are your trousers down by your ankles!?!?!?

Country -

Hip-Hop - Not rap. Rap is an actual genre born from the inner city. Generally, rappers talk about their lives and their struggles. Hip-Hop is a bastardization of this.
i think your abit confused. Rap or rhyming is an element of the inner city cultural movement known as Hip-Hop. But i know what your trying to say. the bastardization here is commercial hip hop(50,lil anybody and the rest) not real Hip Hop(what the fan-boys call it).

You know what makes me angry? That fucking John Mayer, Train, Matchbox 20, Robert Johnson, Hey There Delilah, Swing Life Away, "acoustic-esque" stuff. There isn't really a name for this type of music, but it's so boring and mundane it makes me want to slit my wrists. The stuff is like crushing ennui manifested musically.. Forget that garbage that most people mistake for emo/screamo, that's the real depressing stuff. No shut up about your paradise and your parking lots. Die in a fire.

Does anyone know exactly what the music is called? Just Guitar Pop? Because it's infuriating.

Rap and Techno.

Techno is often just someone smashing their head on a keyboard with random sound effects bound to keys.

anything that doesnt use instruments, or real voices etc, no talent there at all. especially hate dance, or the ppl who just listen to it casually. dance is supposed to be something u get up and move to! not something u listen to drving in the car

Country, rap, hip-hop.
Also people who say they listen to anything but rap and country make me angry.

No you don't. You probably don't even know what good rap and country sound like.

And you don't listen to everything.

Hello guy who likes everything! How about that Finnish Folk Music?

It's not really a genre but particularly in Britain there are British bands singing in this faux American accent which is really irritating, even American artists don't sing like that. My pet hates however are metal, emo & hip-hop/rap

Any artists that only write their lyrics and then let their producers make the rest of the track.
Anyone who comes out of the Brit Academy- Guaranteed to get a Brit award(wonder why).
Rap- skilled lyricists, not very skilled at music making(mostly made by the producer)
Screamo- "Ooo, look, I can scan scream louder and longer than you" Competition.
Famous country music- It's good for pubs and...well not much else, get off my radio.
Artists who lose their touch, but carry on going. Just give up already and stop sponging for money.

I just can't like hip hop. People have shown me "real" hip hop and although the lyrics can be somewhat meaningful, the music is still very uninteresting. Screamo and deathcore are also really terrible genres and a disgrace to metal!

I agree. That kind of indie/singer-songwriter/acoustic thingy is extremely boring and samey.

Rap - Someone talking down the microphone about either A) How shit/great their life is or B) Abusing women.
R&B/Hip-Hop - Pretty similar to the above in recent years.
Metal/Screamo/etc - It's just people screaming and swearing unnecessarily.
Most pop music - The artists don't put any heart into their music and the singers voice normally goes through a machine.

Country isn't so bad, it's not exactly what i listen to on a daily basis but at least the person can sing and it has a decent rythm.

EDIT: And Dupstep, what the hell sort of music is that anyway?

Metal, its generally pretentious has hell, nowhere near as heavy as it thinks it is and the lyrics, well the lyrics are just plain embarrassing. Obviously there's exceptions, doom metal is awesome, and theres the odd tech death and thrash bands I like, but overall its not a genre I would want to associate with.

Nerdcore. Yeah, I just said I hate nerdcore on a gaming forum. But seriously the novelty of white guys who can't rap over terrible beats wears offer after the first 20 seconds. I like nerdy references in rap, stuff like Doctor Octagon, but when its all someone is rapping about its boring.

New dubstep. Srsly what is this shit, dubstep used to be an amazing genre full of speaker blowingly heavy sub bass lines, now its just lots of mid range noise.

Indie rock. Bit of a vague term to use, but I mean more specifically those generic indie bands from the UK like The Enemy and The Wombats with their shitty regional accents and their shitty lyrics about drinking and birds and their shitty haircuts. Uninspired, boring crap.

Acoustic. Again too much of a vague term to use, some acoustic stuff like Rodrigo Y Gabriella is amazing, but those acoustic singer songwriters who make bland music for bland people, who have one single then disappear for ever, they're awful.

probably R'n'b. apart from the certain people such as ne-yo, most of it is just dire bad. Also pop is bad, and i mean the cheesey, really bad singing types.
