1.Salvation by Chroma Key
2.Rock Forever by Judas Priest
3.Feathers by Coheed and Cambria(I've been more and more disappointed with them lately)
4.Gravity in Terms of Spacetime by Starscream
5.It's Your Turn by the Who

Definitely an interesting list.

You appear to like much the same sort of music as me, though I don't know if my five show it.

1: Rise Against - Audience of One
2: Eleventyseven - College Girls
3: System of a Down - Toxicity
4: Lostprophets - Kobrakai
5: The Prodigy - Run With the Wolves

I like Rise Against and System of a Down a lot, but I haven't really heard of your other 3 bands. My main genres of choice are metal and punk, but I listen to pretty much anything other than the majority of country and rap music really.

here's another 5 at random:

1. Skeletonwitch - Vengeance Will Be Mine
2. Tool - Parabola
3. Rise Against - Re-Education(Through Labor)
4. Mushroomhead - Solitaire Unraveling
5. Chimaira - Stoma

I can understand Eleventyseven, they're a very under the radar pop punk outfit. Some Lostprophets stuff, particularly their earlier stuff, might appeal to you.

And The Prodigy are a British dance/"big beat" band.

From those other five, sounds like you're a bit more metal than I am, I'm more for the punk side of things.

and another five, to justify this post...

1: Anti-Flag - This is The End
2: My Chemical Romance - I Never Told You What I Do For a Living
3: MCR - The End.
4: Taking Back Sunday - You Got Me
5: Against Me! - I Was A Teenage Anarchist

1)Robert Plant: Song to the Siren
2)Slackridge: Dangerous Bacon
3)Tenacious D: One Note Song
4)GoldFish: Get Busy Living
5)Queen: Under Pressure

4 is my favorite, 5 is the only other one I've actually listened to. I just have all my brothers music, I barely listen to it anyway.

Haha wow what a name for that 2nd one. I'm gonna have to look that up now based on the name alone, but I'll make an amendment in the OP allowing the choice to skip a song if you're worried about it's content.

1. Apocalypse Please - Muse
2. Cassandra's Waltz - BBC National Orchestra of Wales
3. Wedded Bliss - BBC National Orchestra of Wales
4. Beer!!! - Psychostick
5. Sharp Blade - Satoshi Okubo

Huh...that is legitimitely disappointing. I mean, even when it hit a couple of my favorite albums, it hit not-so-great songs from them.

The BBC National Orchestra of Wales songs, by the way, are from Doctor Who soundtracks. And those songs were composed by Murray Gold.

1. Pray for villains - Devildriver
2. Black Balloon - Monster Magnet
3. Advanced Corpse Tumor - Necrophagist
4. Let it grow - Eric Clapton
5. Eclipse - Pink Floyd

Nr. 3 is classic "too much" metal, where the lyrics are all about death, killing... more for the fun of it, great solo though.
5 is the best in my opinion.

Great to see the variety we have of music in this thread.

I have an odd mix of music on my laptop. A combination of stuff I really like and stuff that was in my files randomly when I transferred my files to my new laptop when it arrived the other day. I have yet to edit what songs I want to keep and what I want to get rid of, but still, shouldn't be an issue. Anyway, here goes...

1. Editors - Bullets
2. System of a Down - Pictures
3. Noah and the Whale - Instrumental I
4. Esben and the Witch - Battlecry/Mimicry
5. Marina and the Diamonds - The Outsider

Sounds pretty good. I'll look into them, thanks. Also, now that I think about it, I have heard The Prodigy before because a friend of mine listens to them and I liked what I've heard.

From those other five, sounds like you're a bit more metal than I am, I'm more for the punk side of things.
Yeah, metal is more dominant that punk in my library, but that last list was pretty metal-dominated even for my library. I'll do another because why not?

1. Shinedown - The Crow & The Butterfly
2. Rise Against - Survive
3. Foo Fighters - The Pretender
4. Tool - Prison Sex
5. Nightwish - Turn Loose the Mermaids

There we go, that's a bit more diverse.

Elementary - Dear Watson

RIP Eleuthera, I will miss you

Haha! Fair enough! The content doesn't bother me, it just seems to bother others! :p

If its any constilation the next song would have been embarrasing anyway... number 6 was 'All the things she said' by Tatu! (It holds up by the way! Still a good song!)

If you like songs with odd names: 'A Huge Evergrowing Pulsating Brain the Rules from the Centre of the Ultraworld, by The Orb is a good one! And a track by a guy called Inside Pikachu's [*Insert C word here*]. Its a good tune too!

Most of my mp3s are several years old - music is not a priority to me when it comes to spending money, I've got a radio - so it's not terribly accurate about my current tastes, but here it goes:

1. Bang Bang Bang - Tracy Chapman
2. Ganbatte Ganbatte - Megumi Hayashibara (meh)
3. Lilium - GRIFFIN Chorus
4. Go Your Own Way - Fleetwood Mac ( =D )
5. Two Beds and a Coffee Machine - Savage Garden

Eclectic mix and yet it doesn't even start to cover my musical palate. Especially since I'm more into hard/metal rock nowadays.

EDIT: A trip to youtube later...

There was none! D=

  • Villiers Terrace - Echo and the Bunnymen

Fugue for string quartet in B flat major ('Grosse Fuge'), Op. 133 - Beethoven, performed by the Alexander String Quartet

    Lilacs Op.21/5 [1923] - Rachmaninoff

We've Got a Groovey Thing Goin' - Simon and Garfunkel

To Help Unhapppy Commoners - Gilbert and Sullivan

Probably representative of me putting a whole load of `classical' music box sets onto my computer...

I Love My Internet Friends - Renard
Aero - Rchetype Ft. Wolfgun
Shrooms (Interlude) - The Lonely Island
Ass In My Face Pt. 2 - The Left Rights
Never Alone - Al Storm Ft. Katie Jewels

Geez, this probably gives off an odd impression.
