Over the summer I have decided I am gonna buff up, mainly by going to the gym a lot. But I have the attention spam of a ferret on crack, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good music that will keep me focused. I only ask because I can't think of much, and music helps me focus.

If you have any music that gets you in a good mood and/or makes you want to dance, I'd recommend that. But still, try some different things; I think that preferred workout music varies a lot from person to person.

Find your own brand of audio crack & play it really, really loud.

i find drum and bass or electro goes well with excercise.
although that is my main preferance in general.
i suggest The Prodigy, Pendulum and The Qemists. Or Justice and Boyz Noize. but that all depends if you can stomach that type of music, its not everyones taste, but i find it raises adrenaline and because of its high BPM it subconsciously makes you work that little bit harder.

Anything heavy sounding tends to work for me, good warmup song for running is "Smoke on the Water" surprisingly enough, AC/DC does the trick nicely for some people

Master of Puppets was good, but ...And Justice For All was better.

Anyway, I like old-school metal like Accept and Judas Priest for working out.

I have looked for that funnily enough, but I can only find the version without lyrics, which just doesn't work for me...
