I don't care how many people, but it stops at 10. Basically, a non-terminal disease has popped up, causing mutations. This is not a copy of Heroes or X-men. The mutation must be both physical and visible. For instance, you cannot have a brain alteration that allows you telekinesis. However, you can have wings for flight. I will allow birthmarks/tatoos that grant a certain ammount of mythical power, but that will be moderated severely. I won't allow OPing.

I know how it feels to have am unpopular RP so I'll help you out, but may I suggest that next time you post a little more so that people can read your writing and see your style(i.e post more than 31 times) before trying to host an RP, that way people know whether they like your writing style or not.

Mutation: Wings, and white eyes are able to look anywhere for anyone within a 5 mile radius.
