MW2 anguish...

So ive been adamant against buying MW2 for PC as they completely screwed us over in every way possible for MP. I still refuse to buy the game for PC come release, but as I see the first few reviews come out (all 100s) I'm starting to wonder if I should buy the game for PS3 or wait to see how the MP is on PC and eventually buy it after a month or so. I think I got caught up in all the angry stuff but as the great reviews start to come in I think I need to be more rationale and just see what people who play the game have to say. I loved MW1 and maybe IW didnt completely screw up the MP on PC and it might still be intact. I dunno though. Anyone else in the same position?

Get it.

Based entirely on the story mode, this game is worth getting. Seriously, it's stunning.

There were so many moments that made me gasp out loud... some that shocked me and more than one that made me want to punch the air and cheer.

Everything COD4 did, MW2 does better. The only flaw I can think of is that the campaign is a little too short, but you're gonna want to play this one 4 or 5 times anyway.

The AI is better, the infinite respawns are gone, the vistas are breathtaking, the set pieces take gaming to a whole new level.

For the PC guys, it may not be what you wanted in multiplayer and yes, that part of the experience will be ruined for a lot of you now. And that's a shame, because there's so much to love here.

But at LEAST rent it and play the single player campaign. You will not regret it.
