MW2 Class ideas

I'm just going by what the stat bars say on the weapon screen.

That's the problem, the stats on the weapon screen lie. A lot.

Know where I could find some more accurate stats then? =3

I hate holosights (dunno why, I just do), so it's red dot and then ACOG for me. I don't bother with the silencer, since it reduces my range (and I use this class specifically for kills at range, though a few quick taps at short range are also pretty effective) and I just like using the Shotgun attachment. It's surprisingly good in CQB situations, and basically gives me a sidearm in addition to the Stinger.

I hate them too but killing with one less bullet is an amazing advantage. Shotgun attachment also has bugged higher range on a holo'd FAL apparently.

I don't think I even have the holosight yet, and I'm still gonna keep on 'till the ACOG. I want to use this thing as a DMR equivalent, killing at long range from sniper roosts, so the holosight doesn't provide enough magnification.

Eh, fire enough rounds (3-6 or so) and they usually go down. Or hope for a headshot. Or keep missing and take cover/skip killcam. I don't really mind. Like I said, I like to use this class at long range, and the holosight is not very useful for that.

Besides, I haven't actually played MW2 in a while. I much prefer CoD4 MP. 50-player matches on Broadcast ftw =P

Yeah this is the problem, its hard to be accurate at that sort of range and 3 shots (which is what it will take, probably) is actually hard to get on a sniper who knows what they are doing. I basically tried the same thing with the FAL, M16, etc. It doesn't work. Plus with the FAL unless you have a supernatural trigger finger (or a mod) its hard to hit moving targets at ANY range.

I pissed off a whole team of people using that set by using the Spas. They were never able to get me, and so were forced to change class. Didn't matter, still killed them.

.....The intervention, good sniper most of the time 1 shot 1 kill good for quick scoping, use claymore to set up your spot( there you should stay about 5 kill, then move to another close spot, place claymore on old spot cuz people with try to go to knife you.Hanguns. cuz are fast swap for close range and people wont expect that, thats why akimbo for more damage.........

Riot Shield 1 :

(A)...... You should distracted people with the riot shield and a teamate should come to kick his/her ass.

(B)....If people come close to you swith to your handgun tac knife and your commando, you will be like a cheetah (fast swap + faster melee + longer melee range + distraction..riot shield = cheetah)

(C).... If you are "chase" by someone try to go around a corner place a c4, double tap x or square to explode the c4...

(D )..... Flash your oponent ( flashes stress A LOT ) throw a c4 double tap x or square and BAM!! shit over...

(E)... Like someone said before, people will think having a distance is better when facing a riot shield, thats why a throwing knife, if you kill somene dont waste your time looking for your knife u got scavanger dude, lightweight PRO (faster aim after sprinting)....

.....Assault Rifle are the best weapons on the game cuz they can be a sniper with thermal scope, a rpg with a grenade launcher, a lmg with extended mags ( well a bit ), a stinger if use correctly, a shotgun even , and with the silencer enemies will frustated not knowing where do the bullets came from. The G18 because of his high rate can take multimple enemies at a time ( not to make a double or triple kills, but if your run of of ammo and there is no time to reload the G18 can help alot. Smoke will confuse enemies, because some think people use smoke to pass through it, but NOOOOO, use smoke to flank enemies. HOW?. Throw a smoke go all away around and BAM!! (again) death. Claymore can rack you kills because you dont need to see an opponent or randombly detonate a c4, claymores can be like and automatice c4. And you can place TWO with scavanger, so every time you kill someone with claymore or (A) go to there and get your package or (B) kill another one to get a package. Scavanger, Coldblooded, and Ninja will make you Stealth because you will not will have to look for another weapon but for the blue packages : ) and Finals Stand (if you start bad) can give you another chance.

The M4 is great a mid-to-long ranges and the SPAS is great at close quarters so it all works out, you just need to learn when to use each and when to switch between them.
