MW2 PC price...

So i was just looking around on steam and noticed that the price for the PC version of MW2 was going to be 60 dollars. Why the hell are they charging 60 bucks for a non-special edition for a PC game? Every other big name PC game in the history of the world is always 50 bucks. I just don't see any logic behind this except more money for IW and activision.

Hmm... I did not know this, and I checked, it is true.
It does suck, as a PC gamer I can (until now) count on getting my games cheaper than my console brethren. It doesn't surprise me though, this is Activision...

And on a slightly related topic: why should I have to pay full price for Steam games when they don't have to manufacture anything for them, no manuals, no disks, nothing. They get to pocket all my extra money. It kinda makes me mad.

I actually was planning on buying the game even though I was having doubts about the IW dedicated servers. Now that I find out activision is trying to fuck us PC users over like this I will not buy the game. I wait till it drops in price like half a year later and then consider buying it. Good job activision, you just lost a customer who loved your first MW...
