Personally...no. I don't get it.
Maybe it's cause it's too early and I'm not awake yet. Im going to use that excuse for my failure anyway.

At 1:11 in the video, Some Perks used for Online can be seen above a security sign. Also, at the same time, faint writing can be seen in the top right corner, but I am unable to read the writing. I think "Digital" can be made out there.

I saw perks at 1.11 too.
Looks like stopping power, extreme conditioning, RPGs and I cant make out the last one.
And theres loads of random bits of writing throughout the video but you cant really see what it says.
