MW3 motion sick

So today before work i was playing some MW3 and when i got to work I felt motion sick(Dizzy, feeling off balance.)Before I herd some people they felt the same thing, is this common?

It's a game about spectacle, it happens. I got motion sickness from the chase scene in The Dark Knight.

Personally, MW3 did little but increase how quickly I shut the game off due to eye strain.

I heard from various number of people it's the FOV setting, which is stuck on 60-65 degrees. Least, this is only a problem on the PC.

I've heard of people getting motion sickness from a lot of different FPS games, not just MW3. Thankfully nothing like this has ever affected me.
