basicly i have broken my arm while free-running/Parkour-ing so excuse my grammar. I like playing games I do almost everyday and seen as I have no wrist action and little finger movement are there any games out there that i can play one handed or with little left handed movement because i can only smack the D-Pad at the moment Im a PC gamer and am missing mass effect(s) but I also have an xbox with a silver membership I only have fighting and (guitar, DJ,band) Hero games but have a Wii And PS3. so thanks and again i apologise for my grammar but it has taken me about 10 mins to wright this :( ow...

any RTS can be played one handed, with a reasonable amount of success.

and some er....more mature games.

Edit: oh anything turn based too, like Civilization 4. or a turn based RPG, since you're only doing 1 thing at a time. though switchign all around the controller might be a big turn off.

You could probably fumble your way through an MMO like WoW, I knew a guy who lost 3 out of his 2 fingers on one hand and was still able to play. Sure you probably wont be able to do anything super complex but you could definitely manage.

Team-fortress 2.

type into console this: bind mouse 2 +jump; +forward; +attack

Go scout, and run around with the bat.

Trust me, I do this for hours on end, amazing fun.

Oh and action dungeon crawlers like diablo 2 or Titan quest.

Heroes of Might and Magic, turn-based games... Diablo 2 can be played with one arm too, if you use your left hand to press F1 to F5-F6, and sometimes 1-4 for potions. Also League of Legends is good and requires only QWER + mouse. Sure, there are other keystrokes (B for recalling to town, Y for centering camera on you, P for shopping, D and F for summoner skills), but hey, it's free so you can give it a shot.

League of legends is too fast paced if you don't use hotkeys you get killed.

Yeah, well, you usually need QWER for hotkeys, I sometimes need to use DF with my thumb, but that's pretty much it. Unless you are playing a support character like Soraka or Taric or Janna and your reflexes aren't fast enough to target someone with mouse and must use F1-5 for teammates too.

He could play an auto-attack class like Master Yi, where you usually walk near monsters, deliver the final blow once in a while, and when it comes to killing enemy players, hit QER12D with your forehead and win the game already!!!11

Bayonetta has a one handed mode. Finally, an innocent use for it!
This is the best thing you've ever posted.

Still, you have one good hand, right? Grab some silly-putty or clay and stick 'em to WASD, and put your hurt hand on 'em and just tilt it when you need to move. Put vital shortcuts on the far right of your keyboard and turn down the difficulty setting so you can still play.
Also, I'm shocked that you can't type with one hand yet. For the sake of it, I just typed this message with my right hand. And I'm a lefty.
