That's some sound advise.Baby Tea said:Remember the good times, rather then swell on the death.
Remember how she lived, not how she died.
If you have pictures of your dog and some of Rio's old toys or collars, you should make a shrine to your dog. It sounds kind of stupid, but it's the same thing people do with they lose a family member to try and get closure. If you go through all the pictures and Rio's personal possessions it will help you remember how great of a dog Rio was. Give it a shot, it may make you feel betterKeenanr1234 said:My Golden Retriever Rio died yesterday... i really am pretty much breaking down right now. I had her since i was six, she was only 7 years old so yes im not that old or anything. I have really no idea how to deal with it right now... is there any advice anyone can give me? I feel terrible and im not sleeping well.
He means, don't cry because his dog died, but smile because of the time they spent together. Focusing on the positive times, rather than the negative endingTheNamlessGuy said:1. I am terribly sorry
What to do: Give it time.
Do what you always do.
