My first few days with RAGE...

I got RAGE two days ago and played it a grand total of an half an hour in those two days because of personnel issues, but today I finally sat down and played for a good two hours. The game has it's faults, like shooting a guy in the head with an assault rifle doesn't kill him just staggers him or that the controls are a bit wonky at first. The main appeal, to me any way is the graphics, THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL, except for the occasional hiccup, another thing Wingsticks, they are possibly the funnest death-dealing-boomerang-thingy ever created.

Now I didn't make this thread to bore you all to death with how I like the game I want YOUR opinion, what do you like? Dislike? Your favorite weapon?

Also I should note I have Anarchy Edition...Double Barrel shotgun is USELESS, Crimson Red armor is cool, and the Buggy is well...a buggy and the fists....

I think it's quite good, and the double barrel is really useless until later in the game, where it still deals a lot damage. The Fists of Rage are just made moar awesome for whoever has them because they're the only unarmed weapon. I know that TheMiracleofSound quite likes the game as well.

I've had a lot of fun with it. (the double barrel helps a lot in the beginning on the hardest difficulty, where the pistol doesn't kill them very fast at all)

also: sentry bots, more loved than the companion cube (at least by me, those things have saved my ass on more than one occasion)
