My gamestop online headache. (Rant)

I ordered Prototype online thinking. Hey I get it to my mailbox and not have to go to the store. I just don't have a lot of time to spare. Well now they've taken my money and have not even verified my game. The stores have it on the shelf and I can even get a in the mail. All this money to get the game then have it mailed and nothing.


Worst of all when I try to call Customer Service its always. So BS about something I could not give to shits about then the menu. After I pick my number. We are sorry due to high call volume we are unable to complete your call. Then a list of things that are in no way helpful. So unlike most REAL businesses and put me on hold. They just hang up. Are they trying to drive customers away or what.

i know over here in the UK if youve paid using a credit card you can cancel payment.

Wait till they find out theyre NOT getting theyre money. I bet theyll ring you then!

It's a sign that some great being hates gamestop.

OT: That sucks. I only pay for games when they're in my hand, or if I've bought the game from Best Buy or Future Shop with a credit card.

There is a diffrence between being a customer support and "Hey youre our ***** get back on the street and make us our money".Gamestop uses the latter.
