It's a little late since you've already "gone through" the "super sentai" knights, but the Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog do have individual names in "ranger form": Fire Knight, Water Knight, Air Knight, and Forest Knight.
There's a long list of Yu-Gi-Oh cards which, though not unique as creatures, reference specific characters with (supposed) history and backstory, etc. as explained in the series/movies. For example: King's Knight, Queen's Knight, Jack's Knight, Gearfried the Iron Knight, Giltia the Dragon Knight ("the D. Knight" on the card and simply "the Knight" in the series), Rocket Knight, White Knight of Dragons, Dragon Master Knight, Dark Magician Knight... I'd have to go back over the anime series' first few seasons (back when the creatures actually had their own stories) to find all of them... and I don't want to, sorry.
Similarly, Magic: the Gathering has a similar number of named knights that are, lore-wise, unique characters, despite not having Legendary status or any other uniqueness about them. For example: [mtg_card=White Knight], [mtg_card=Black Knight], [mtg_card=Silver Knight], [mtg_card=Blood Knight], [mtg_card=Knight Exemplar], [mtg_card=Sacred Knight], [mtg_card=Youthful Knight], [mtg_card=Dragonsoul Knight]. There are also a number of unique (lore-wise) "Knights of" things, specifically: [mtg_card=Knight of Dusk], [mtg_card=Knight of Glory], [mtg_card=Knight of Infamy], [mtg_card=Knight of Obligation], [mtg_card=Knight of New Alara]. Finally, we have [mtg_card= Elspeth, Knight-Errant], who most certainly IS unique.
I was thinking of something else when I searched for it, but apparently there is a Clockwork Knight [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clockwork_Knight] as well. I could've sworn it was an anime or comic-book character though... hm.
