My Proposel

[Svenparty]

For a while now I have wanted to do something creative with My life. I know that this is a common pipe dream we all aim for before we realise not everyone can be free and beautiful like Dali etc.

Sitting in maths this morning daydreaming I came up with an idea that I need people to talk me into/out of pursuing.

Every year My College has ?Booths? containing Media art that although sometimes memorable does not change anything. I would like to start a small art movement in this college and create a Propaganda booth to get people with similar interests involved.

Ridiculous ideas have been swirling around in my head too big for reality but I finally figured out the basic idea:


A Video inside the booth explaining what I want to do and urging visitors to join my cause.

An empty decaying artists wall with blank frames signifying the lack of artists around My area

Posters bearing the Movements symbol

Contact details and Me hopefully being either part of the installation or just the creator.


I understand that I am NOT a great skilled artist. But that is the main beauty of my project: People with dreams wanting to make them reality.

Uh, go for it is all I can say? If it fails, at least you tried and probably had fun in the process.

Erm.....Speak to your College Art division, They may be able to set something up for you. It could be something good.

Y'never know, You may be onto something big, and if you become amazing, Then you can draw/paint/art-itise me.

I really don't see the point, but if this is something you're passionate about I don't see a problem with it. Go forth and have fun with it.
