You're a funny one, you. Get a PS3.
Some games were sold on blue colored disks and mine has the same problem. Usually it was from a special edition of some game.

I'm guessing you mean CD-rom based games.

Its busted, it happened in the older models as far as i know. A slim should be fine, and they are sold for like 50-75 bucks new at my EB.

I see. I never ran into that issue, so it's news to me.

I guess painting the disk is the best sollution, then...

there are CD's for ps2 where the readable part is blue.

Not a blu ray but a CD with a blue layer

The blue disks were a format of disks that sony used in the early ps2 era. They were cd based rather than dvd based format. The blue disks did have a blue back, which is what gave them their name. Game companies stopped using them when playstations started having troubles playing them.

unfortunaly i dont know any fixes cause i never had one of these that gave me trouble

Let's get something straight. I'm not talking about blueray. I'm talking about blue game disks.

Try changing the PS2's position. I mean, if it's sitting flat, stand it up.
I think that should work. Mine has this problem too sometimes.

I think I actually have a black ps2/ps1 disk somewhere...

Yeah guys, there were some old PS2 games that ran on blue colored discs instead of the standard DVD colored ones. I'll go check our old collection of games and see if I can find one.

As I recall, all PS1 discs were black colored.

The most probable cause of your problem is a problem with your PS2's laser. Either the laser is going bad/breaking, or the alignment is off. There are tutorials online on how to adjust the laser, although I've never done it personally. Alternatively, I've seen laser assemblies sell for $30-50 or so and you could just swap it out.
has nothing to do with the disk technology but rather the reading technology

Here we go, pictures of a blue PS2 game disc (not a blu-ray disc).

Sadly I have no idea how you would fix that beyond the "buy a new PS2" suggestion. Sorry.

It's been a while but as I recall, changing the disk settings in the console OS options may help. Although that was for blackback PS1 games, so...
