My Urban Dead Observation

Hello Escapees,
Not sure how many people here play the game Urban Dead(urbandead.com), and since the search button causes me pain in ways that electricity finds familiar, I'm just gonna post my observation of an in-game element that amuses me.

I have been dead since the mall tour swept through Ft. Creedy and since zombies can still listen to their radios i keep hearing the random broadcasts from everyone it seems who can access the frequencies(Not me, I never found much use from talking back to them, I'm a loner as it seems)

26.70 MHz: "How's Creedy doing? I haven't heard any news lately." (3 hours and 28 minutes ago)

Thats the funniest message I have heard so far.(Well besides everything from the military fly-by reports) Not because of what was really said, but the timing. You think someone informed enough to ask and listen for a reply would know the tour came through. And better yet, if he's on the frequency for the area around the fort and is alive in a running building why hasn't he checked by other means, like walking there and seeing the shrinking hordes. Not that I'm mad at him it's just funny. I like it, adds to the atmosphere. What funny broadcast have you gotten? Post

Ah. Most people end up dead pretty quickly there. Communities come and go unless the travel about alot. I'm dead myself at the moment after trying my darnest to stay alive (managed a whole month!).

Really? Who do I talk to to get in on that? I play and am tired of randomly running around alone.

Now I'm interested in it, i knew there was something here about it, but i thought it was dead (I need to stop letting my mind direct my sentence flow, it keeps making puns) how did you get tired of it? Although i have been looking for a group, but at the moments more importantly a needle, i'm in the revive point near Creedy.


It's not that hard to stay alive, find a resource building thats near a quiet mall and then camp around in a building near it and use it as a base.
