Mysterious new Fallout 3 lag (tech help)

So I got the Fallout 3 GOTY edition for X-mas, and I install it and such, turn on all the DLC, and now I'm getting lag I never really had before. This is weird cause I had the original Fallout 3 running fine before on medium, everything all seemless, but now its lagging in patches of light, or other weird things. And the only thing I've done is add the DLC and re-installed it to my other drive, cause i wanted to make more space in my main drive.

So does anyone know what my problem might be? =/

I think the problem lies with your HD, but anyway, I suggest going elsewhere for tech help, I'm sure Fallout 3 forums would have an idea or a PC related forum such as PC Gamer or Custom PC.
