Mystery Time!

Straight to the point guys, there is a mystery to be solved in my household.

Someone stole 4 packets of my dad's cigarettes. They were taken over a period of a few months but my dad is annoyed because there's 'no trust' if this isn't solved.

I'm 18, my brother is 15 and my folks are just my folks. I definitely didn't take them and my brother swears he didnt either. We both had adequate time to take them more or less any day in the mentioned time period.

Can The Escapist deduce who actually did it?

I know he is, and he is my main suspect, but my mum is a suspect too. I can't rule anything out yet.

Yes I do, 2 of them, and a dog. The cat's cannot get to where the cigs are without making enough noise to wake the dead (if they even can) and the dog would just tear them up like tea bags.
