Well, maybe I spoke a bit broadly. Those who DO know it dont forget it, its well worth checking out. It's made by Satoshi Kon, who's made a lot of other surreal, amazing, and somewhat disturbing works. But I'm not here to give you a biography and a speech.
Just know that it's pretty cool, and somewhat well known.
