So a friend of mine and I are remembering the 90s (cause it was the best) and now we're trying to figure out this candy that, she claims, you could get at Toys-R-Us. What it basically is, is this guy (a guy's head) that has jello worms come out of his brain, that you can eat. There was also another kind where snot would come from his nose that you could eat (we think it was jello that came out) Anyone know the candy?

Also my friend says the commercials for it had a mad scientist in them

Smarties taste a shit lot better than M&M's. I think it's the chocolate, M&M's have shit chocolate in them.
