CD Projekt. I didn't like the Witcher, but I do love their attitude.
Valve. I don't dig their games all that much, but their attitude is to die for aswell.
Rockstar. Just plain love their games.

Bioware is an amazing dev. F*** what the haters say, I still love em (buuut I have yet to play Mass Effect 3, and so far have, by pure luck, stayed rather unknowing about the ending).

Unlike most, I don't tend to judge a studio as good until they release a fair few games. CD Projekt Red are off to a good start but they need to diversify their catalogue.
