For now, mine's called Shitkicker. AMD Athlon 3200+ 2GHz single core. Oh, god! I'm sure it was top of the line in its day. Now, though, it's practically prehistoric. I am hoping to get a new one. Being able to play New Vegas, Starcraft 2 and Metro 2033 at graphics settings higher than a shitpit would be nice.

And don't get me started about the performance lag...

I have always named my comp "Silicon Rage"

Don't know why, just like it.

My extra drives are "Gamezone" and "Appzone" for obvious reasons.

Names from Red vs Blue have been traditional in my house: we have Omalley, Donut, Lopez, Simmons2_0, and Wash. Then there's Compy, Dennis, Megatron, Thanatos, and the Craptop. The router, Excelsior, is badly misnamed.

Holy crap, I only just realized how many computers we have.

My pc is called dan-pc
My laptop is called dan-eee
My xbox is called dan-360
My mobile is called dan-e63

But somehow I doubt you mean the network names.

I named my PC "The Beast" because it's the best computer I have ever owned, and can handle any game I throw at it on the highest settings - well, besides Alpha Protocol but that has terrible optimisation.

A while ago, the university I attend replaced a Beowulf cluster with a single server. They named it Grendel.

Mine are known by their network names.
My previous one was fairly nameless as "tharglets-pc".
Current one is called "thor".
The NC10 I had was known as "nc10" for awhile, then got called "loki".
My old work machine was called "freya".

My new work machine doesn't really have an identity that much, but then again I don't use it for much other than work, so I don't chat to it all that much.

(Edit: I think my partner thinks Thor is alive... seeing as the other day he almost ended up feeding it some prawn crackers)

My dad named his computer Wodan. When I got mine he called it Donar, because it's Wodan's son.

I called my computers (Laptops) flaptops, craptops or klootbooks. (dutch pun) No, I don't really care about how my computers feel about their names.

My current computer is "Sir Awesomealot" and he's sadly on his way out, so next Friday I'm getting a Lenovo Y560. Her name will be Lenore. Or possibly Mammon, because she's going to be a beast of a laptop.

Current rig is named "Cerberus"

I plan to name my PCs after various Characters from Greek mythology Im thinking of maybe Hades, Helios or Hephaestus for my next build.
Dude, if you're going after greek mythology, go with Nyx or Orpheus.

Pretty much all my major electronics have names, though I only use my memory sticks' names in regular conversation. Y'know I'm just gonna rant about all of them now, right? XD

The naming thing started with my memory sticks 3 or 4 years ago - Charly, Skye, and Nyte were my memory sticks. Charly was named for jokes when I discovered I could change the name in the properties window, the other two were named as such because they're the same stick just different sizes and colors (Skye is 4gb and light blue, Nyte is 8gb and dark blue).

My MP3 player at that time was called Kai, but it broke and was replaced with Bernardo (watching Zorro, I was. :D). Then once Bernardo kicked the bucket in August I got an iPod Touch that I named Alan (after Alan Wake, what I was into at the time of getting it).

My 360 I believe I dubbed Xavier ages ago, though I never call it that, my PS2 used to be Penelope but I have a new one now so a new name is needed I guess...

On topic though. My laptop's named Sigmund. After Infinite Undiscovery's Sigmund. And my tablet is named Tobias. I forget why, I think it's just because I like the name. 8/

Yep... I name 'em. Mostly because it makes them far easier to tell apart on networks and the like. Mobiles too, since bluetooth came along.

Given that it's usually a good source of names to go with a theme, and I was a massive anime head at the time, I went Ghibli and have stuck with it since.
First desktop to actually get networked was Totoro. Because it was a big, slow monster that made a lot of noise, but I loved it all the same.

The cheap crappy laptops I had at first just got their model names, because I didn't care that much for them and they were hardly ever connected up :) (Acer NL350 and 370)

My "good" laptop (which I still have), Nausicaä. Seemed a natural progression. Also small, light, surprisingly powerful, had a bit of a split personality, was eco friendly, and ... ahem. Good to touch. :p (it was a ultraportable convertible tablet)

Phones along the way have kept the theme up - Yupa, Teto, Teto2 (meh!), Kai and Kui, as they were all "paired" with the laptop. I'm going to have to diversify on my next purchase I think... Maybe a new laptop before I get a new phone. Because we have to then get into more minor, or incongrously larger/more influential characters, and it just won't feel right.

Work desktop just has an asset ID number. Which is appropriate; if it was a person it'd be a complete tool also.

I don't call them by name however. That's just loopy. It's always "the phone" or "the laptop", or in extreme cases the brand or model number.

I would have named it Mittens if it had been well behaved. I now call it shithead or some equally abusive name now. Windows Explorer breaking everytime I go to my pictures.

I'm lame. I took my desktop's name from The Hitchhiker's Guide. It's Deep-Thought. My laptop is pipsqueak, my netbook is eeemac (yah, it's a hackintosh eee pc). My iPod classic is iPud (from a Red vs. Blue PSA), my iPod Touch is iPood. My BlackBerry is BlueBerry. My flash drives are Pythagoras, TARDIS, Durden, and Wayne. I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff too...

My laptop is called BRUNOTHEPIG-PC. Not my fault it's in caps... I really took to heart the advice my uncle gave me. Don't use your real name, in case you want to access someone's unprotected wireless. He's a cool uncle lol.
