I sighed, looking around my cage...I was like a monkey. They probably didn't have the instinct to kill yet, but they didn't seem like the kind of people that I would like to destroy. My faith was probably misplaced, but I saw something in the Ninja that just didn't ring the alarm bells. I knew that if I tried to get out, they would expect an attack, so I started to talk to them.

"My team were slain...Ninja from an unknown village, they took off their headbands. I've been searching for them since. I wanted to avenge my comrades and obtain both scrolls. The sooner I get to the tower...the better. Have you seen the people I was after? They were wearing Kitsuné masks."

I shrugged and sat down, feeling quite cold. I began peeling the paper-bombs from my body and put them back into my bag. I put my Knuckle-Blades away and waved to the Ninja who had imprisoned me. He formed some seals, preparing to undo his Jutsu. I waggled my finger, telling him not to do so.

"Clay Injection!"

I slapped my hand against the ceiling of the cage, and the ice slowly melted, turning gray. There was nothing but a mound of earth around me now. I climbed over the knoll and walked towards the other Ninja.

"Hehe...I knew how to stop that Jutsu, well, I can stop a lot of them, but most of the time I have to hit my opponent first. My Clay-Injection disturbs the chakra in the body and turns it into clay. I used it on someone who opened 2 gates once...messy."

I rubbed my hand on the back of my head and smiled, they seemed friendly enough.

I stood there listening to his explanation it seemed to be truthful enough since most of his comrades where dead around the river

"Nope you would be the first ninja we have encountered here but if you want you can come along with us in case we find those guy's that way you have some back-up for the fight"

I walked towards the Ice Prison ready to undo it when he waved for me to stop i saw how he injected his jutsu into the prison itself to undo the prison

"Impressive there look like that would come in handy in some situation. Well my name is Jaku and I guess welcome to the team we could use more people oh and just so you know i don't use senbon and that jutsu i used is especially tailored for me so i had quite a few surprises"

Jaku grinned at the ninja

Docere emerges from the shadows behind Higeki and his squad, "Sorry I didn't come out earlier, i got lost on the way to the exam, caught up to you only a while ago, and i was watching from the shadows trying to asses you individual strength, to summarize my powers, precise, i don't have a lot of chakra, and my physical skills and above average at best, but i don't waste any movements or chakra, my range is limited, but my defense if good, and i can nullify summoning, or manipulation type jutsu's pretty well"

With those words spoken, Docere sat down under one of the enormous trees of the forest and began focusing his chakra, running through the basics of the Kanmura.

"Jaku eh? I am Sziuzu. It's good to meet you, and yes, I promise I will be useful."

I followed him and his team-mates through the woods. I kept my psychic Jutsu active, this forest was crawling with Ninja, and the only way the others would be able to tell would be if the ninja came straight for them. My chakra caught wind of someone's thoughts, they weren't allies. A lone ninja leapt down from the trees and pulled out a scroll. He was about to unleash his ninjutsu, but then he realised I was behind him. I'd used the same technique I had on Jaku.

"Boo."

I stuck a paper-bomb over his eyes, blinding him.

"Get back! Clay-Body Jutsu!"

My body turned to clay, and I activated the paper-bomb. Fire spurred all around me, limbs of the enemy ninja flying around like a raft in a storm. The explosion broke away the clay-armor on me, fragments of sharp pottery blasting past my skin. A cut emerged on my cheek, my hair flailing with the wind. The enemy was nothing but a bloody mess, and I had disposed of him.

"We must hurry, that explosion would have alerted others."

I jumped into the trees. A few moments passed.

"Which scrolls are you carrying?"

" Sounds like they finished," Diroji had stopped hearing the sounds of battle for some time now.

" We should get moving, I say our best bet to find another group will be to get 2-3 Kilometers from the tower and then move together circling it, because we know that the tower is the one thing that people will go to."

Then Diroji heard the bushes behind rustle slightly, he drew his sword out of it's sheath and in the same motion spun to parry whatever it was. Instead of a ninja's knife he blocked the stinger of a giant scorpion, which was a big as his head; the scorpion itself was well over 3 meters long. The pincers began to move, but Diroji was still stopping the stinger from coming down on him; instead of jumping back, he moved both his feet forward and out of the way of the pincers, he then flipped as he pushed himself forward and the stinger pushed down on his sword. He tuck in his legs and landed on the back of the scorpion, he drew back his sword and slashed right between the hard plate shells at the beasts head. It fell limp and Diro rolled off it's back.

Damn, I had no idea something like that was in this forest.

"They'll have heard that, the other groups, we should get moving if we don't want to be on the wrong end of an attack." And with that he turned and jumped into the forest again.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, don't really have a good excuse, but lets keep the ball rolling!

Higeki nodded and jumped through the forest behind Diroji, slightly shaken from what he had just witnessed.
What the hell is Konoha breeding here?

"Oi Diroji slow down we're leaving the others behind." Higeki called ahead.
God, this guy is even faster than me..
Wanting to compete, Higeki focused his chakra to his calves, thighs, and ankles, allowing him to move alot faster. He caught up to Diroji and said to him, "I know you're really hoping on upgrading from that Genin sword, but I will try my hardest to make sure you don't."

Dama took a second to collect some of the scorpions venom before chaseing after the others, Also channeling chakra into his legs he attempted to catch up.

"Lets hurry and find another team im really iching for some action."

Ok so the story kinda strayed but its Higeki, Diroji, Docere, and Dama. Then its Jaku, Kane, baku, and Sziuzu. Higeki's team has Heaven scroll, and Jaku's has Earth. The story is set up so that there are more people in the forest than just us. If I didn't clarify whats going on enough, ask more questions. =)

Thanks, that's helped, it's just irritating that none of my team are online! Oh, I have one more question, how does the story move on from here? Do we fight Ninja to acquire our second scroll or do we meet up with you at some point?

I looked at the Ninja who seemed to be complaining. I didn't understand what his problem was. He still had all of his comrades and they still had their scroll, they hadn't been stripped of their dignity like me. He was sitting down with his legs folded, looking quite disgruntled. I turned to him and spoke. He didn't take kindly to what I had to say.

"How long is what going to take? You've been lucky. Be thankful you're still alive. My two comrades were mercilessly killed by masked Ninja. This team is extremely skilled, but those other two...they fought like Ex-ANBU. ANBU Black Ops attacked The Sand once before, I've seen how they fight. I was only a little kid back then, but..."

The sound of a bird kawking caught my attention, I sat down with the other Ninja and started molding chakra, just in case.

Sorry about it not being online much had a busy weekend and too lazy to post at the end of it and the story can ago either way we can fight some ninja along the way and get the second scroll or we can meet up it's really open we will set up some ninja to fight us along the way but nothing is set that they will have our scroll

Jaku looked at at Sziuzu "Nice to meet you too looks like we have a new member to our team" and with that they ran off

Jaku noticed how Sziuzu had a keen eye open and was manipulating chakra. "Hmmm he may have some detection jutsu this guy is gonna be very valuable to the team" Jaku thought

When suddenly a ninja jumped out of the trees and attacked us Sziuzu took care of the ninja blowing him up to bits

Jaku answered Sziuzu "We have the earth scroll which scroll did that ninja have on him" Sziuzu was about to answer him when Kane and Sziuzi got in an argument "Guy's calm down Kane you should stop worrying about action something will come up soon I know it." Jaku turned to Sziuzu "Sziuzu can you tell us anything about these ninjas maybe their tactics or anything else that may help us when we run into them?"

When me or Higeki type in bold or italics it means that we are playing NPC characters ok so this next part is a whole NPC team

We sat there waiting for a team to fall into our trap we had set up bombs and genjutsus around the whole perimeter there was no way that they could escape if they fell into our midst
When one of my teammates yelled out "Here come some prey get ready" I sat ready in wait and molded my chakra "Byakugan" i turned on my all seeing eye to see where they were coming from. It looked like a team of four ferociously running through the forest they looked to have been racing each other "Good they will be tired" I looked on as one of the ninjas fell into our trap the tree branch broke and he fell into one of the pits the other teammates stopped to help the fallen friend. When my own teammate used his jutsu of bug control to unleash a swarm of bees on the enemy's. At the same moment I ran to engage the enemy

Yeah this is another team of random ninjas who need some scrolls and just so everyone knows they are attacking higekis team and the ninja that fell is Dama

As Docere followed Higeki and crew, keeping up but not actively taking part in the race, if he wanted to win, he could always use the Kanmura to outstrip almost any ninja, he focused on using his energy effectively, suddenly he heard something, a sound he had heard many times before, the sound of flesh being ripped apart by an explosion, there was another team of ninjas nearby, and they had killed someone or something, to confirm this, Docere sniffed at the wind, while he could have imagined the distant explosion, he couldn't mistake the subtle smell of burnt flesh.

"Guys, stop, something was killed upwind from here, i don't know how far, but it was definitely killed be fire, i don't know if it was a jutsu, a tag, or some freak lightning strike, i don't know if ninja's did it, or if some careless amateur dropped a tag that was set off by a deer, but something or someone was killed by fire, i think and explosion, that way, we should go see what happened, but be careful, whoever or whatever caused it could be nearby" said Docere, urging his team to change direction and slow down.

Dama decided to show off a bit and charged a head of the group by a few feet when suddenly a tree branch broke and Dama pitched head first into a pit he assumed was a trap set by some other team. Grining he tossed 5 scrolls into the air as he dissapered into the pit, each scroll exploded into a kind of smoke screen and the sound of wood snaping into place could be heard.

"Puppet Master Jutsu" Dama yelled as blue chakra strings came out of the pit and dissapered into the smoke under his breath he wispered "Nothing will stop be from reaching my goal"

" Shit, Dama!" Diroji said as he saw Dama fall, he was going to help him but the saw the scrolls and the puppet so he assumed Dama must be okay. From behind him he heard a buzzing noise, he turned to face a large swarm of beetles.

"Double shit."

He dropped of the branch as the swarm thundered above and began to descend to the forest floor when he saw the Hyuuga clan ninja charging to intercept him.

"Triple shit!"

Diroji moved fast, when he hit the ground rather than shocking the fall with his legs he rolled onto his back just as his opponent attack the air above him with two gentle fist strikes. He coiled back his legs and kicked the ninja hard in the stomach but not before he got a strike on Diroji's leg. He got to his feet and he and the ninja squared off.

The ninja ran towards one of the ninjas that had dodged the two first attacks. He tried to us use his gentle fist attack on the ninja, but Diroji had successfully dodged the main attack and kicked him in the process the hyuga ninja flew back in the air and landed on his feet.

"Hmmm looks like this will be a good warm up for the next part of the exam" menacingly grinned the hyuga ninja"

He charged up his chakra and ran towards Diroji throwing two bombs in front of him. The hyuga ninja side stepped to the left to attack him by his side. he got to Diroji's left and used Byakugan Three Strikes firstly grabbing his arm then.....
