Naughty Bear, multiplayer broken?

I got the game last Friday (UK release) and I have still not managed to get into a multiplayer match, the games always drops because it can start.

Anyone else having this problem or found a way around it?

Sorry, haven't tried it yet but here are some things that could help:
-Have you tried playing other games online?
-Is anyone else able to play online?
-Check the developers web site for an explanation.
-And if all else fails write a complaint to the developer.
Good luck!
(P.S. a lot of games are busted when they are first released. I'd suggest waiting it out.)
