Naughty Bear Multiplayer Trailer

Self explanatory - here's the multiplayer trailer


The three modes they show in it seem pretty well thought out

Cake walk - free for all race to get the cake and hold onto it while all the other players try to brutally kill you and take it from you (think oddball in halo)

Golden Oozy - pretty much golden gun for the 007 games however it seems the other players can only use melee weapons to attack you

Jelly Wars - a team versus one player as naughty bear. The bears have to take 5 jellies to the cake mixer and naughty has to kill all other players (no respawns I'm guessing). Also the cake mixer can be sabotaged to make a trap

Assault - team game where you have to get to the enemy base and destroy their golden bear statue, round ends when done

Other things they show is the weapon kills you can do, taunts, trap use, ability to heal in multiplayer and suicides

Overall looks pretty good and the modes should work well with the format

Looks well alright, if the games laggy there will be a fuckload of problems.

Also might get boring quickly

All gameplay videos I've seen have had no censorship at all (can rip stuffing out bears) however they haven't shown all you can do yet. Also the harikari suicide hasn't been properly shown yet which I'm guessing will be messy and uncensored

Sadly it seems to be a bit linear - singleplayer he caused enough naughtiness to unlock the next area of the level. Shame but I hope they have a free roam mode too

That looks really fun, and a good scoring system always adds lots of replayability to a game. Plus the AI in the first video is pretty impressive.

Wait so this game which has some very creative and disturbing ways of killing gets rated 12 because it's done with teddys but a game that just involves only shooting other people gets an 18?

The game looks awesome but still, that's just freaking stupid.

No problem. Also after I posted that I watched the single player gameplay again - it does show the harikari suicide and there's stuffing everywhere

I was surprised too but then again that should make Toy Story 2 a higher rating since his arm gets ripped off and stuffing comes out..twice

How does multiplayer increase our anticipation for a game anyway? looks promising, is it only for xbox?

Just looks like a fun touch to the game. And it is coming out for both 360 and PS3 - 25th release date for me (UK) but others have said 29th so guessing later release date for US
