I currently have an NXZT Source 210 case and it's fine for the most part. However, the main problem with it is that it's just so damn loud. It's not so bad when gaming but when browsing the internet it's unbearable.

I want to get something that's a bit quieter than what I have now. The Cooler Master Silencio seems like a good bet but the cable management doesn't seem too brilliant.

Any suggestions? I'm open to installing aftermarket cooling fans as well.

Thanks for your help :)

I have a Fractal Design Core 3000, and it's great, very quiet, and since it has the PSU slot in the bottom back as opposed to the top, cables aren't hanging all over the place, either.

What kind of fans do you have running? You can replace them with bequiet fans or Noctua ones. Are you using AMD's stock cpu cooler by any chance?

For CPU cooling, you can get something like this. Also what kind of PSU you have? If you're willing to get a bit technical you can try replacing the fan like this guy.

A silent case can help, but it's secondary to silent fans and your case is decent enough.

I'm using the stock case fans (well one of them, the 140mm at the top was so loud I unplugged it).

As for the CPU fan, I'm using this [http://www.amazon.co.uk/Zalman-CNPS5X-Performa-1155-Sockets/dp/B006344OMM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1391415665&sr=8-1&keywords=zalman+cpu+cooler]. I'm not overclocking so it seems to do a decent job, but do you think I should invest in a better fan anyway? The Hyper 212 EVO is fairly cheap.

Should I invest in a fan controller as well? I believe the fan is at 100% all the time.

The Hyper 212 is not quieter than that zalman, but your CPU cooler shouldn't run at 100% at all times. If you are absolutely sure this is the case you will need to go to the bios settings to enable fan controlling features. As for the case fan, if it uses the small 3 pin connector to the motherboard (not the molex one) you can control its speed with Speedfan.

Sorry, I meant the case fan seems to be running at 100% at all times. The CPU fan changes speed as and when it's needed.
