Randomly my monitor gets really freaking blurry and now it's really bad. I'm not sure what to do really and I have a screenshot but it's not really that easy to see(I can't really tell anyways) anyone know what I should do? Like everything is almost doubled and it just randomly happens and stays like that.

it might be an antialiasing or hinting issue with your operating system graphics rasterizer.
Go into your control panel and ensure ClearType is turned on. If it is on and it's still a concern, swing your monitor by a place where you could get it calibrated or inspected. This could either result in there not being an issue, the monitor is damaged and needs to be repaired, or you getting a new one.

If it's not any of those, then set up an appointment at an optometrist to have your eyes checked, but be forewarned, perscription eyeglasses can set you back a fair penny. $300 is not unheard of for a single pair.

Change the resolution to something higher?
So far the resolution is 1280x1024 which isn't bad.

Get your eyes checked mate, I can read that no problem.
The technical problem is with the monitor though, I think. Mine does the same thing, just to a lesser extent.
I can read it, it just gives my eyes strain D:

Windows PC? Hold Control down and use the scroll wheel on the mouse to resize the fonts on the page to an easier to read point. Also what Anarchemitis about clear type. Wont effect the UI stuff, but it will improve the view of what your predominantly looking at. To improve the UI stuff... go into display properties and increase/decrease font size accordingly.

That or you might be on a fuzzy reso. Which your already investigating.

I test graphics hardware for a living. PM me your graphics card - driver version - monitor model and brand - tell me your current resolution and refresh rate.

I am leaving for home - but will respond later tonight.

How to turn on Cleartype, right-click on your Desktop, click Properties. In the Display Properties window pop-up, click on the Advanced tab. There's a button on the bottom-right which says Effects, which will bring up another sub-window. The tickbox which says "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts:". Ensure that the tickbox is checked, and switch the method from Standard to ClearType, then press OK, which closes the Effects subwindow. Click Apply on the Display Properties window. If this fixes the problem, Hooray! If the change is undesirable, change it back to Standard, and uncheck the tickbox.

I'm not computer savvy what's a VGA connection?
usually this problem occurs when the connection is loose.
