Heya Escapist, i really need your help:/.
At teh weekend, my pc had a total strop, it kept on freezing at the 'packard bell' screen [the first screen that comes up when you turn it on]. sometimes i could get further but itd just freeze again:/.
I kept on turning him off and on again, but eventally it decided to stop transmitting signal to my 22" LG HD monitor [which was connected via HDMI and had been since i got the computer last year].
I have no idea what couldve caused all this, and its obviously causing me great stress because he's my baby and well, im sure you guys can understand.
Ive had the idea of hooking up a normal monitor to him to see if he decided to change from HD settings or something, but i doubt thatll help.
I just wanna know if you guys can help me out in whatever way you can, maybe diagnose what you think happened or what you reckon i can do to fix this, cos im totally stuck:/.
