I took a bunch of pictures on Saturday and they were on my SDHC card. When I went to copy them to my hard drive, an error popped up. When I looked again at the folder, 12 pictures that hadn't yet copied over were gone. I'm missing all but 1 picture of the Otakon-costumed people.
I know the first rule of any file recovery is to stop using the thing, so I took out the card, set it to read-only, and have been trying to get my files back somehow. I tried Recuva, and it was able to see all sorts of files that I used to have on my card... Ones from my trip a couple of weeks ago. Ones from another trip a few months ago. Did it find the pictures from Saturday? Nope. So, can someone recommend some other file recovery software for me to try to get these 12 pictures back?
