Title says it, but let me clarify, just in case: I need some games (or eve mods) that have automatically generated stories, not pre-written ones (although pre-written bits and pieces sewn together at play time are OK). I'll settle for both good and bad, as well as large and small (yes, even Flash games). They don't even need to have the entire main plot be such - side quests work fine, for example Skyrim's Radiant AI quests. I've also heard Dwarf Fortress' adventure mode offers a similar experience, but I've yet to look into it. I'd assume some roguelikes also do it.

So, Escapist, care to give me a hand?

We're having an interesting conversation about this concept here-

Someone mentioned a game called facade that you might want to check out for these reasons.

I've also seen 'Dynamic Campaign Generators' pop up as mods in some games, you may want to research them.

Yes, I am monitorng that thread :D It's partly what inspired me to make this one. But mostly it's a different focus - yes, a fully dynamic game would be good, but I'd like to see a wider range of stuff. Also, some bad ones would be good (lol?) to compare and contrast. I'd say Skyrim's random quests (not the most generic ones, I mean) are...not terribly interesting, but are dynamic and have voiceover, so it's an interesting bit there. :)

I think of this one as complimentary to the other thread.
