Just ask. Seriously. Steel your courage and ask her out if you're so inclined.. coffee, lunch, dinner, a day at a park/beach/other fun place. You'll never know unless you do, after all.
Just be aware that if she doesn't feel the same way, it may alter your friendship with her. That isn't her "fault," you haven't been "friend-zoned" and she's not in the wrong if you're more into her than she is you. It's a chance you have to make sure you're willing to take before you put your feelings out there.

I agree! Just go for it! Yeah she can say no, but then if you're good enough friends then you'll be able to just remain friends and you won't really lose anything.

Go for it, it should be better for you to know if she feels the same way for you or not, otherwise you'll always wonder if she thinks the same way about you but you'll never know because you never asked.
After the tons of threads I've seen like this, the general conscientious is usually, just do it. And honestly, that's the best advice you can get.Just do something, anything. Talk, go somewhere, anything. Because you'll never know if it'll work until you try. Just be you, and if it doesn't work, screw it, and move on. Pretty much what the 2nd response to said: "steel your courage". All it takes is a moment of courage to ask the question and it's all over, that's all there is to it. Also, "Yadda-yadda it's always better to ask and find out than to let the chance slip by and leave you wondering what could have been" and all that other after-school special message stuff.

Ask them out, if it doesn't work out it was never going to work anyway. If you like them, don't let things get awkward and keep contact, there are very few things life that are worth losing friends over.
